Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ric Landeverde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ogg Nogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Landeverde's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Napalm & Erruption- In San Francisco. Nogg is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pantera : 5 Minutes Alone. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Landeverde is looking to chop away at Nogg's legs.
Landeverde sizes up Nogg with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Landeverde is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Nogg's half guard.
Landeverde tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

Landeverde is trying to work for a kimura but Nogg is defending well.
Landeverde wants to advance to full mount but Nogg doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Landeverde throwing strikes from guard but Nogg blocks nicely.

Nogg looking for a guillotine here but Landeverde defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Landeverde lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Nogg is looking to cinch up a triangle. Landeverde throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Nogg's body to avoid the submission. Nogg has instead reached around Landeverde's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Nogg arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
