The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nguyen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bale throws out the jab.

Bale looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Nguyen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bale moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Bale cracks Nguyen with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bale has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Nguyen to stand back up!
