The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davidson with a poor takedown
and Leblanc counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Davidson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Davidson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Leblanc sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Davidson somewhat.

Davidson shoots in looking for a takedown but Leblanc manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Davidson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rudolf Leblanc will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rudolf Leblanc.
I think Leblanc has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
