Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cleve Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamarcus Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stevens comes to the cage accompanied by Beck - Loser. Jamarcus Hard looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cleve Stevens!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jamarcus Hard!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens throws a sloppy head kick and Hard moves out of range easily.

Stevens looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stevens performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Stevens uses his free foot to push down on Hard's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Hard.

Stevens throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Hard is looking to improve his position but Stevens isn't that keen on the idea.

Stevens can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hard is looking to escape.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Stevens cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Cleve Stevens.
Hard tries to clinch up but Stevens circles away and keeps his distance.

Stevens shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Stevens stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.
Jamarcus Hard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stevens drives through with a takedown into guard.

Stevens wants to pass the guard but Hard is keeping the position.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Hard might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Stevens kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Hard is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Hard is thwarting Stevens's attempts to control the position.
Stevens moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Stevens is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Stevens in particular looking to stall.
Hard is looking to get back to full guard here but Stevens has managed to pass to side control instead.
Hard reaches up to try and control the position but Stevens seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Hard rolls and tries to escape and now Stevens has his back!

Stevens is looking to control Hard but Hard is wriggling around and keeping busy.
Hard is trying to break free.
Hard takes a big shot to the side of the head.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
