The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vitalli darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Sukayev is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Sukayev uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vitalli.
Sukayev looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Vitalli throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

and Vitalli makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

and Vitalli counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sukayev connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Haleb Sukayev has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Vitalli avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Vitalli counters with a body kick.
Haleb Sukayev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Vitalli cracks Sukayev with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Sukayev looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Vitalli finish him?

Sukayev walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Vitalli swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
