The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Eto blocks the low kick.

Hryn rushes Eto and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Eto throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Hryn throws a punch but it's blocked by Eto.
Eto stalling in the clinch but Hryn improves position.
Eto creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Hryn avoiding damage as Eto throws knees to the body.
Hryn is working for a takedown up against the ropes. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Eto tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hryn's elbow.
Eto gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Hryn.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hryn is trying to force a seperation but Eto has the dominant position.

Eto comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

A frustrated look appears on Hryn's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Hryn is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Eto tries to work over Hryn's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Hryn avoiding damage as Eto throws knees to the body.
Eto gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Eto lands a nice elbow.

That has opened up Izabeliusz Hryn's cut even more.

Eto tries to land knees in the clinch but Hryn avoids the damage to the body.
Eto tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Hryn's elbow.
A frustrated look appears on Hryn's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Hryn blocks a body shot from Eto.

Eto lands an elbow inside.
Eto lands an elbow that stopped Hryn in his tracks for a moment.

Eto lands a vicious elbow to the side of Hryn's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Eto tries to finish him with strikes but Hryn still seems able to defend himself so Eto steps back and lets Hryn get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.

Hryn is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hryn moves out of range of the body kick.
Eto swats away the attempt to clinch by Hryn.
Hryn misses with a takedown attempt
and Eto counters with a perfectly timed head kick, knocking Hryn out cold! Wow, that took some serious skill and not a little luck! Eto is taking it in his stride though, strolling around like it's no big deal. What a guy.
