Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Arana Kahui!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Archer slips under a jab.
A jab lands there for Kahui.
Kahui misses with an attempted mid kick.
Kahui has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A combination from Kahui does no damage.
Kahui misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Archer.
Archer's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kahui connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Archer scrambles back to his feet.
Archer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Archer throws a quick counter kick to the body but Kahui avoids it.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kahui. Archer does a little dance to reset his feet.
Kahui wants to clinch.
Kahui displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Archer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Archer misses with a straight left.
Kahui stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kahui wants it to stay on the feet.

Kahui throws a hook but Archer blocks it.
Archer tries to counter with a takedown but Kahui is quick to defend against it.
Archer misses the shot to the body.

Archer gets a clinch.
Kahui lands with a light punch inside.
Archer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kahui pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aaron Archer. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kahui tries to land a front kick but Archer steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Archer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kahui.
Archer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kahui tries to avoid it but Archer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kahui to the ground. Kahui escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kahui gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kahui thows a body kick. Archer tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Kahui throws a body kick that misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Archer lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Arana Kahui is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
No joy there for Archer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kahui misses with a looping right.
Archer cracks the inside of Kahui's front leg.
Archer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kahui manages to avoid it.
Kahui goes for a small jab and connects. Now Kahui goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Archer stumbles back but Kahui runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Archer to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Archer will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Arana Kahui!
After winning the bout, Arana Kahui thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
