Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Garik Harlamov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Calypso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calypso has chosen Jedi Mind Tricks - Genghis Khan as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 14 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Garik Harlamov!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 25 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Calypso!
The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calypso shoots in for a takedown but Harlamov shows good takedown defense.
Harlamov cracks Calypso with an open hand slap.
Harlamov paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Calypso uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Harlamov.
Calypso throws out a counter right but Harlamov avoids it with no problem.
Harlamov throws a lazy right hand but Calypso sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

My spies in Mo's ($499) inform me that Calypso has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Calypso is looking to defend but Harlamov has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Calypso! Harlamov pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Calypso taps out and this one is all over!
