Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Aoki Kakashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Mannetosen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kakashi comes into the arena with Nas - Hate Me Now blaring out of the sound system. Mannetosen is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Krav. Manny Mannetosen has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Aoki Kakashi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 23 - 0, fighting out of London, Aoki Kakashi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Manny Mannetosen!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mannetosen swats away the attempt to clinch by Kakashi.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mannetosen.
Kakashi moves out of range of the body kick from Mannetosen.
Kakashi tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mannetosen defends well and Kakashi ends up having to push Mannetosen into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Kakashi throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Mannetosen was covering up waiting for the punch and Kakashi finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Kakashi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kakashi seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mannetosen for as long as he can get away with.

Kakashi seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mannetosen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Kakashi is taking a breather. Mannetosen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Horrible takedown attempt by Kakashi or perhaps it was just good defense by Mannetosen, which made it look bad.

A telegraphed right hand from Mannetosen misses the target.

Kakashi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kakashi shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Mannetosen but Mannetosen pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mannetosen only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Mannetosen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kakashi.
Aoki Kakashi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Kakashi drops his hands momentarily and Mannetosen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Mannetosen wants to improve his position but Kakashi is controlling well.
Kakashi is just content to waste time from the top position. Mannetosen takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Kakashi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mannetosen gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Mannetosen connects with a nice short shot to Kakashi's temple.
