Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Matt Miletich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and PePe Hapitchou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hapitchou is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Blackalicious - Sky is falling. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matt Miletich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, PePe Hapitchou!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hapitchou keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hapitchou scores with a crisp jab that stopped Miletich in his tracks.
Miletich defending well as Hapitchou loads up on a big left hand.

Miletich shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Hapitchou manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hapitchou pulls Miletich in close to his closed guard and prevents Miletich from doing any damage or advancing position.
Hapitchou keeping full guard, as Miletich tries to pass.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Miletich slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Miletich wants to sweep here but Hapitchou controlling him for the moment.

Miletich escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Hapitchou gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hapitchou wants to control from the top but Miletich keeps moving.

Miletich is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hapitchou is aware though and is defending well.
Hapitchou passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Miletich wants to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Miletich wants to control but Hapitchou is keeping busy.
Hapitchou wants to lay and pray for a moment but Miletich keeps working.

Hapitchou moves into full mount! Miletich won't be happy about that!

Miletich wants to control but Hapitchou is having none of it.

That was a close round but I would say that Matt Miletich will probably get the nod.

A little jabbing left from Hapitchou on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
That kick from Hapitchou tenderised Miletich's leg. Miletich is trying to keep his angry face on.

Miletich drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Miletich jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Hapitchou had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Miletich defends it easily.

Hapitchou thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

Hapitchou is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Miletich defends well.

PePe Hapitchou has got the better of the ground game so far.
Miletich is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Hapitchou is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Miletich misses with a few strikes there.
Hapitchou smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
