Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Bashor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clubber Lang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jesse Bashor has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jesse Bashor seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bashor shoots in for a takedown but Lang shows good takedown defense.
Lang moves into range and connects with a jab.
Lang misses with a looping left.
Bashor avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bashor shoots in but no luck this time.
Bashor tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Bashor fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lang avoids it really well and circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jesse Bashor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Horrible takedown attempt by Bashor or perhaps it was just good defense by Lang, which made it look bad.
And Lang responds with a good body kick, but Bashor manages to step out the way in time.

A little feinted left hand from Bashor on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Lang walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bashor checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bashor drops back, looking for a kneebar! Lang looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Lang looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Lang!

Lang wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bashor keeps working.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lang is keen to just control but Bashor is a slippery customer.

Bashor fails to land the takedown.
Lang lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bashor fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Lang lands a jab to the nose.
Bashor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lang pinned against the cage. Lang gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bashor looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clubber Lang dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Lang scores with a jab to the jaw.
Bashor moves out of range as Lang strikes.
Lang ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bashor moves away.
Bashor closes the distance and clinches up with Lang, looking for a takedown. Bashor pushes Lang against the cage but Lang circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nice uppercut there from Lang.
Lang pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Bashor takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Lang connects with a right hand. Bashor shakes it off.

and Lang counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Bashor is rocked!
Lang throws an overhand right that drops Bashor like a sack of potatoes! Lang dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
