The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stokes shoots in but no luck this time.
Rage Machine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Machine connects with a single shot there.
Stokes waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Machine.
We've been told by Machine's head coaches at Bloodsport Gym 16 Elites that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Machine stalks Stokes and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Stokes's face. Stokes staggers backwards, shaken.
Machine slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Machine throws a body kick that misses.
Machine thows a left - swing and a miss!
Stokes with the counter takedown but Machine avoids it easily.
Machine thumps Stokes with a low kick.
Machine lands a lovely overhand right.
Machine throws a low kick but it's checked well by Stokes.
Stokes keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A combination from Machine does no damage.
Machine throws a head kick that misses.
Machine uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Stokes.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Machine scores with a jab. Stokes acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Machine cracks Stokes with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Machine plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Stokes is rocked!
Machine lands an uppercut, right on the button! Stokes tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
