The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGee has taken the fight to the clinch.
Warhead wants a takedown but no success here.

Warhead changes levels and goes for a takedown here. McGee fights it off and pushes away nicely.

McGee is pressed up against the cage. Warhead has hold of a leg and is looking to drag McGee down to the mat. McGee avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

McGee has Warhead pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Warhead is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from McGee - that's hurt Warhead badly! Oh, another knee lands and Warhead is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Warhead doesn't seem to be complaining.

A determined Clarence McGee didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
