Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nikolai Medvedev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zakari Moss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Nikolai Medvedev has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Nikolai Medvedev seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Medvedev lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
The crowd cheers as Medvedev lands an impressive looking overhand right. Moss doesn't seem phased though.
Sloppy strikes from Moss. Those never looked like landing.
Moss throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Medvedev's waist but Medvedev gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Moss off to one side.
An inside leg kick lands from Medvedev.
Medvedev fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Moss has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Moss throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Medvedev counters with a nice low kick that buckles Moss's knee momentarily.
Moss will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Medvedev pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Medvedev goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Zakari Moss has been cut.
Moss fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Moss closes the distance and clinches up with Medvedev, looking for a takedown. Moss pushes Medvedev against the cage but Medvedev circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Medvedev paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

A bit of stalling here from Medvedev.

Moss tries to pull guard but Medvedev holds him up against the cage and eventually Moss drops back down to his feet.
Nikolai Medvedev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zakari Moss.
Medvedev throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mosss head.
Medvedev tries to throw a body punch but Moss avoids it by throwing Medvedev back against the cage.

Medvedev looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Medvedev is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Medvedev is pressed up against the cage. Moss has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Medvedev down to the mat. Medvedev avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Moss throws a nice looking combination but Medvedev bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

The referee is keeping an eye on Medvedev - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Moss's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Medvedev connects with a good right hand that stumbles Moss. Moss circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Medvedev buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Medvedev throws a one two combo.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Medvedev misses with an uppercut.
Moss throws a series of punches but Medvedev avoids them all with ease.
Medvedev tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Moss shoots for a takedown but Medvedev saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Medvedev throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Medvedev thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Moss if he has to take too many more of those.
Moss loads up on a big right hand but Medvedev slips the punch.
Medvedev throws a nice inside leg kick.
Medvedev pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Moss throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Medvedev.
Medvedev appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Medvedev avoids a punch combination nicely.
Moss wants to clinch but Medvedev slips to the side
and Medvedev counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Moss is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Medvedev circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Moss drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Medvedev follows Moss to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
