Danger has chosen Danger as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danger dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Danger uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Duddy.
Danger checks a low kick from Duddy.
Duddy blocks the body kick.
Danger lands a glancing blow to the side of Duddy's head.
Duddy takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Danger walks into a straight right hand from Duddy.
Duddy dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Duddy takes a kick to the side of the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Danger looks for the body kick but Duddy saw that one coming.
Danger lands a jab.
A punch lands to the side of Duddy 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Duddy lands with a slapping head kick.
Duddy misses with a series of wild punches.
Duddy backing away here, and Danger unleashes a leg kick that just misses.
Danger darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Danger comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Duddy scores with a head kick. Danger tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Danger throws a series of punches but Duddy avoids them all with ease.
Danger walks into a left hand.
Danger throws a leg kick which misses Duddy's front leg but catches the back leg as Duddy tries to avoid it.
Danger swings for the body but Duddy moves out of range.
It looked like Duddy wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Duddy throws a lazy right hand but Danger sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Danger lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Danger plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Duddy takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Danger lands a jab to Duddy's midsection.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Duddy just misses with a punch to the body.

Danger lands a left and a right that send Duddy crashing to the mat, dazed. Danger thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Danger fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Duddy on the side of the head.

Duddy is rocked!
Danger misses with a looping left.
Danger lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Oh Duddy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Carlos Danger decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
