Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Einar Enkeltmann!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jason Smith!
The judges for this bout are Santiago Holmes, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith stuffs the takedown attempt from Enkeltmann. Enkeltmann gets slowly back to his feet.

Enkeltmann feints and as Smith raises his hands in defense, Enkeltmann changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Smith is looking for a triangle but Enkeltmann pushes his legs off easily.
Enkeltmann stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Smith swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Enkeltmann trying to control the position from guard on top but Smith is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Enkeltmann avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Enkeltmann drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Enkeltmann jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Smith has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Enkeltmann can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Smith is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Enkeltmann advances position into side control!
Enkeltmann wants to lay and pray for a moment but Smith keeps working.
Smith is trying to improve his position.

Enkeltmann is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Smith has escaped the position, nice work there.
Smith tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Enkeltmann wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Enkeltmann has an Americana. Smith didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Enkeltmann is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Enkeltmann hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
