The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mouba defending well as Roumani loads up on a big left hand.
Mouba throws a leg kick but Roumani moved away.
Roumani changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Mouba tries to clinch but Roumani moves out of range.
Mouba throws a hook but Roumani avoids it easily.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Roumani! But no joy.

Roumani rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mouba moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mamad Mouba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Roumani, as that shot connected.

Mouba fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Roumani manages to avoid it.
Roumani tries to bum rush Mouba with a series of wild strikes but Mouba uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
And Mouba counters with a quick kick to the body but Roumani blocks it.

Roumani throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mouba's waist but Mouba gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Roumani off to one side.

Mamad Mouba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ali Roumani.

Roumani maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Mouba could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Roumani has cracked it and Mouba is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Roumani!

A relieved looking Ali Roumani thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
Mamad Mouba spoke after the fight, saying 'I want a rematch'.
