The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice defenses there by Turpin.
Stehling looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Turpin cracks Stehling with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Stehling throws a head kick but Turpin moves out of range.
Turpin takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A slapping leg kick lands for Stehling.
Stehling throws a big shot that misses.
A little jabbing left from Turpin on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Stehling shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Turpin as he avoids it easily.
Turpin throws out a counter right but Stehling avoids it with no problem.
Turpin scoring well with a low kick there.
Stehling moves forwards but Turpin connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Turpin lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Stehling misses with a low kick.
Turpin has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Stehling throws a nice outside leg kick.

Turpin takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Turpin cracks Stehling with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

and Turpin counters with a crisp right hand that drops Stehling! Turpin lets Stehling back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Turpin cracks Stehling with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Stehling falls to his knees and Turpin doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
