Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sailor Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Peacock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie comes to the cage accompanied by Disciples of Power - Lords of Creation. Peacock comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Bring The Noise by Public Enemy & Anthrax kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drew Peacock!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie has a takedown stuffed.

Gracie gets a takedown into half guard.
Peacock is looking to improve his position.
Peacock is trying to maintain the position but Gracie is very close to passing his half guard.
We've been hearing that Gracie has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie is keen to just control but Peacock is a slippery customer.

Peacock is defending against the submission attempts here by Gracie.
Peacock is looking for a sweep. Gracie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Peacock won't allow Gracie to pass to mount.
Gracie is trying to control. Peacock wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Gracie passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Peacock!
Peacock really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Gracie. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Peacock is in all sorts of trouble here.

Gracie looking for a guillotine from mount but Peacock is having none of it.

Gracie goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Peacock turns into him and now he's in Gracie's guard.

Gracie looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Peacock trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Peacock gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Peacock can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gracie has an active guard here but Peacock has managed to pass into half guard.
Gracie wants to get back to full guard but Peacock has passed into side control.
Gracie is trying to control Peacock's posture but Peacock avoids it.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Gracie tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Peacock wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Gracie manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Gracie is trying to get back to full guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sailor Gracie dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Gracie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Peacock defends it nicely.
Peacock lands a really nice looking cross but Gracie seems unphased.
Sailor Gracie is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Peacock connects with the punch.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Peacock looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Peacock leaves Gracie with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sailor Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A left lands for Peacock.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gracie with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Peacock to score with a decent uppercut.

Peacock lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Gracie has Peacock up against the cage in a clinch.
Gracie is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Peacock to keep the fight standing.
Peacock goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Peacock has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Gracie tries to pull guard but Peacock forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Peacock trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom.

Gracie has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Peacock doesn't defend quickly enough and Gracie has managed to lock this one up! Can Peacock escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Gracie on a fantastic submission victory.
