Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between John Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pele Madriano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker comes to the cage accompanied by Another One Bites the Dust. Pele Madriano has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pele Madriano!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Madriano is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A chopping leg kick lands by Walker.
Madriano tries to clinch up
and Walker counters with a thumping low kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Madriano misses with a wild combination.
Walker feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Madriano needs to keep his hands up - Walker had a free shot at his head there.

Walker jabs at Madriano's body.
Madriano throws a series of punches but Walker avoids them all with ease.
Walker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Madriano throws out the jab.

Madriano stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Walker.
Walker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Madriano sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Madriano takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Madriano throws a right hand that Walker ducks under and follows up with a left that Walker also avoids with ease.

A low kick from Madriano is predictable there
and Walker counters with a nice leg kick.
Walker scores with a punch to the head.
The fighters circle momentarily. Walker darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Madriano swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A little feinted left hand from Walker on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Walker with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Walker wants to clinch up but Madriano keeps it at a distance.
Madriano thinks about the counter body kick.
Walker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Madriano.

Walker is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

Madriano tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Walker manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Madriano looks to land a right hand but Walker moved out of range.
Madriano throws a left and a right that both miss
and Walker counters with a nice body kick.
Madriano throws a right hand that Walker ducks under and follows up with a left that Walker also avoids with ease.
A punch combination from Madriano misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Madriano wants to clinch but Walker slips to the side
and Walker counters with a lovely shot to the body.

John Walker dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Pele Madriano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Madriano on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Walker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Madriano can do to turn this around?

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Walker keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Madriano's efforts to push away.

Walker is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Madriano lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Walker has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Walker and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Walker was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

It looked like Walker was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Madriano.

Madriano keeps control of Walker as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Walker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Walker doesn't manage to clinch there - Madriano circles away.

Walker feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Madrianos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Madriano is looking to clinch but Walker is avoiding it.

Madriano tries to bum rush Walker with a series of wild strikes but Walker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

and Walker makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Madriano looks to land a combination but Walker avoids it well.
Walker throwing a counter right hand but Madriano manages to avoid it.
Walker lands a nice leg kick that just misses Madriano's sensitive parts.
A punch lands to the side of Madriano 's head but he takes it in his stride.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Walker stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Walker lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.

And that's the end of the fight!
John Walker showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Walker, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
