Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Corey Holland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nelson Labhag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Nelson Labhag!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Labhag feints and as Holland raises his hands in defense, Labhag changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Holland keeping moving, preventing Labhag from controlling successfully.
Holland is looking to stand up but Labhag isn't so interested in that idea.
Holland trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Holland closes the distance and clinches up with Labhag, looking for a takedown. Holland pushes Labhag against the cage but Labhag circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Labhag bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Labhag tries to advance to mount but Holland denies him.
Labhag remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Labhag wants to control but Holland is keeping him busy.

Labhag is trying to ground and pound but Holland uses the momentary lack of control by Labhag to regain half guard.
Labhag works his foot free and advances to mount.

Holland suckers Labhag into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Holland is now in Labhag's guard!
Labhag seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Labhag has hold of one of Holland's legs. Holland is fighting the takedown attempt but Labhag gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Holland escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Labhag gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Holland could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Labhag shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Holland manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Nelson Labhag comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Labhag has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
