Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hughtavious Mingo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Egon Ekkehard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hughtavious Mingo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Egon Ekkehard!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Reed Andrews and Chad Campbell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekkehard shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mingo defends it nicely.
Ekkehard dives in and grabs Mingo's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mingo pushes down on Ekkehard's head and hops out.
Mingo seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Mingo looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ekkehard fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ekkehard takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Ekkehard fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hughtavious Mingo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Egon Ekkehard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ekkehard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mingo tries to avoid it but Ekkehard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mingo to the ground. Mingo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mingo throws a quick counter head kick but Ekkehard was just out of range.
Ekkehard looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Mingo is fending him off so far but Ekkehard persists. Nope, Mingo circles away and we're back to standing.
Horrible takedown attempt by Ekkehard or perhaps it was just good defense by Mingo, which made it look bad.

Ekkehard doesn't manage to clinch there - Mingo circles away.
Mingo was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Ekkehard swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Mingo counters with a stiff right hand.
Ekkehard missing with a left hand there. Mingo was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mingo half committed to a counter leg kick.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Ekkehard.

Ekkehard has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Ekkehard gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Mingo counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Ekkehard to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Mingo!

A relieved looking Hughtavious Mingo thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
