Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dick Stern!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Datsik.
Datsik darts in looking for a takedown but Stern gets double underhooks and turns Datsik into the cage.
Datsik tries a head kick but it misses.
Datsik uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Stern.
Datsik has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Stern.
Stern has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Datsik scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

Stern is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Datsik scores with a couple of nice shots.

Stern is controlling Datsik's trapped leg to prevent Datsik from advancing to side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Datsik throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Stern to regain full guard.

Datsik definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Stern tries to bench press Datsik off him but Datsik keeps the position.

Datsik wants to lay and pray for a moment but Stern keeps working.

Datsik lands a strong strike to the head of Stern. That's dazed him! Datsik looking to finish here. Stern is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Datsik lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
