Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cannon Boy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Finkle John (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cannon Boy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Finkle John!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Chad Campbell and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boy needs to keep his hands up - John had a free shot at his head there.
Boy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
John lands a nice shot to the body.
John walks into a straight right hand from Boy.
John has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
John walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Boy looks to land a combination but John avoids it well.
Boy lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Boy feints a jab promting John to slip. Boy then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. John slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
John displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Boy throws out the jab.
Boy is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Boy falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling John to counter with a crisp jab.
Boy is rocked!
Boy walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from John! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Finkle John!
After winning the bout, Finkle John thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
