The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bixby is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Dhabi's half guard.
Dhabi tries to get to full guard but Bixby has control of the leg.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Bixby prevents Dhabi from improving his position.
Bixby winds up and cracks Dhabi with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bixby has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Dhabi defend it? Bixby steps over the head and cranks it - Dhabi is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Bixby!
