The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winston ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bourque moves away.
Bourque thinks about countering with a head kick.
Bourque throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Winston misses with a double jab.
Winston throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bourque swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Winston scores with the left hand. Bourque knows he should have avoided that one.
It looks like Timothy Bourque has been cut.
Winston walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Bourque with a nice cross.
Winston will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bourque is looking to counter punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Winston throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
A little feinted left hand from Bourque on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Winston lands the left hand.

Winston has Bourque pressed against the cage, preventing Bourque from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Bourque wants to get back to striking at distance but Winston won't allow it.
Winston swings wildly with an uppercut but Bourque uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bourque manages to break the clinch.
Winston misses with a body kick.
Winston throws a head kick that Bourque semi-blocks.
Bourque throws a series of punches but Winston moves out of range.

Bourque is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Bourque throws a hook but Winston avoids it easily.
Winston ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bourque moves away.
Bourque swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.

Bourque throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Winston looks to land a right hand but Bourque moved out of range.
Winston tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bourque swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Bourque misses with a wild body shot.
Winston misses with a body kick.
Winston darts in trying to clinch
enabling Bourque to counter with a crisp jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bourque connects with a right hand. Winston shakes it off.
Bourque pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bourque tries to keep at a distance but Winston has taken the fight into the clinch.
Winston tries a body shot but Bourque blocks it.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Winston.
Bourque tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Winston lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Bourque escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Winston swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Winston moves to clinch but Bourque breaks away
and Bourque connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Bourque misses with a few strikes there.
Bourque avoids the head kick by Winston.
And Bourque counters with a quick kick to the body but Winston blocks it.
Winston throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Bourque.
Winston throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Winston jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Bourque avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bourque waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Winston.
Bourque circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Winston drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Bourque follows Winston to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Timothy Bourque thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
