Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paulsen lands a nice shot to the body.
Hairston misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Paulsen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hairston changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Paulsen tries to avoid it but Hairston manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Paulsen to the ground. Paulsen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Paulsen lands the left hand.
Paulsen changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Paulsen scores with a hook to the body. Hairston takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hairston looks winded!

Hairston takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hairston takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Paulsen drops Hairston with a straight right hand, right on the button! Paulsen follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
