The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barno shoots in for a takedown but Farrell shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Barno fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Farrell, pushing him back against the cage.

Barno gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Farrell really is a fat lump.
Barno wants to control from the top but Farrell keeps moving.
Barno missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Barno works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Barno has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Farrell works to full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Barno wants to control from the top but Farrell keeps moving.
Barno stands and throws Farrell's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Barno is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Farrell is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Barno wants to control but Farrell is keeping him busy.

Barno tries for a kimura but Farrell is defending well.

Barno looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Farrell is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Farrell wants to control but Barno is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
