Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Myles Collins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Tiger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Myles Collins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Johnny Tiger!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiger tries to clinch but Collins is having none of it.
Collins swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Collins shoots in and gets a takedown into Tiger's guard.
Tiger pulls Collins in close to prevent any damage.
Collins works over Tiger with some ground and pound from guard.
Collins cracks Tiger with a solid left hand.
Collins is working Tiger over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Collins prevents Tiger from getting back to his feet.
Tiger keeping moving, preventing Collins from controlling successfully.

Tiger is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Collins might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Collins throws a strike aimed at the side of Tiger's head but Tiger avoids it well.
Tiger really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Collins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Collins decides to stand back up.
Tiger tries to clinch but Collins moves out of range.
Tiger scores with a hook.
Tiger misses with a jab, cross combination.
Collins keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tiger looks winded!

Tiger will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Collins wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.

Collins shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Collins throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Collins passes into side control, despite Tiger's attempt to control the position.
You can see the frustration on Tiger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Collins tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
Tiger takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Collins throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Tiger works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.
Tiger is refusing to be controlled, as Collins sits in half guard.

Tiger wants to get back to his feet.
Collins thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Tiger's head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Tiger is trying to break the clinch but Collins has him pressed against the cage.

Collins tries to pull guard but Tiger holds him up against the cage and eventually Collins drops back down to his feet.

Collins has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Tiger uses from the top position.

Collins bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tiger's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Collins postures up and lands a big shot to Tiger's brow.

Collins stands and steps away. Tiger gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Tiger tries to clinch up but Collins circles away and keeps his distance.

and Collins counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Tiger is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Collins ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Collins pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Collins is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Tiger can do to turn this around?

A close second round but Johnny Tiger will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Collins takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Tiger fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Collins to the ground. Tiger is now in Collins's guard.
Tiger takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Collins wants to stand and escape but Tiger is having none of it.

Tiger decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Collins, up you get!
Tiger moves in looking to clinch but Collins pushes him off.

Tiger shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Collins's guard.
Tiger throws a strike but Collins rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tiger can do anything to dispel that myth.
Collins wants to control from the top but Tiger keeps moving.
Collins keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Tiger's head.
Collins distracts Tiger with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Collins wants to stand but Tiger has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Collins is in close to Tiger's body, working some short punches and elbows.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Collins seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Collins is looking to clinch.
Tiger misses with a double jab.
Collins blocks a leg kick.
Myles Collins is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Collins shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Collins sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Tiger defending well though.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Collins working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Collins is trying to control. Tiger wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Collins decides to return to a standing position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Myles Collins.
I think Collins has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
