The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pei tries to land a body kick
and Badoyan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Pei missing with a left hand there. Badoyan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Badoyan scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
It looks like Wei Pei has been cut.
Badoyan cracks Pei with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Badoyan has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pei to stand back up!

Badoyan attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Badoyan lands a nice shot to the body.
Badoyan lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Badoyan throws a body shot but no joy.

Pei throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Pei just misses with a punch to the body.

Badoyan throws a lazy body kick
and Pei counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Tigran Badoyan has been cut.
Pei is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Badoyan's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems.
Pei throws a big shot that misses.
Badoyan is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Badoyan swings for the body but Pei moves out of range.
