The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Padilla.
Zed Hart seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Padilla fails to land with a series of punches.
Hart avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hart avoids the head kick by Padilla.
Hart bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Padilla could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Hart is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Padilla is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Hart tries for a kimura but Padilla is defending well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hart is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Padilla looks calm but he's in trouble here. Hart gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Padilla is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Hart lets go of the hold and Padilla can pop his arm back in it's socket.
