Redding's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hoffman under the eye.
Redding takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Redding throws a nice looking combination but Hoffman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Redding leaves Hoffman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Franklin Redding seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Redding closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hoffman tries to roll over but Redding keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Redding is pressing down on Hoffman's thigh, looking to free his foot. Hoffman is holding on for now.

Redding lands a huge takedown. Hoffman is out but the ref is slow to react and Redding lands 3 more undefended punches before the fight is stopped. Brutal finish. Hoffman lies on the canvas for a good minute before the doctors bring him round. Good to see he's OK.
