Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eskil Eliasson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Johnsom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eliasson's entrance music is TV On The Radio - Wolf Like Me. A fine choice. Eskil Eliasson has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eskil Eliasson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Johnsom!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnsom shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Eliasson as he jumps to the side.

Eliasson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Johnsom, pushing him back against the cage.
Eliasson tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Eliasson working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Johnsom's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Johnsom jumps into guard, dragging Eliasson to the mat.
Eliasson won't allow Johnsom to sweep him here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Johnsom working for a triangle but Eliasson defends it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Johnsom is on top in guard.

Eliasson has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Johnsom wants to control from the top but Eliasson keeps moving.
Eliasson has control of Johnsom's left arm, preventing Johnsom from doing any damage.
Johnsom wants to pass the guard but Eliasson is keeping the position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Johnsom postures up in Eliasson's guard and throws a big left but Eliasson blocks it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Johnsom accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Eliasson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Johnsom on the ground.

Johnsom pushes down on Eliasson's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Eliasson pushes Johnsom off looking to stand but Johnsom dives back in and keeps control.

Johnsom is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Johnsom is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Eliasson is just riding it out for now. Johnsom eventually gives up the hold.

Johnsom seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Eliasson is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
