Bruce Banner is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Bruce Banner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jer Bear!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bear fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bear is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Banner.
Bear uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Banner.
Banner looks to land a right hand but Bear moved out of range.
Bear throws a right and a left that both miss.
Banner keeps the fight on the outside.
Bear misses with a hook.
No joy there for Bear, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Banner blocks a head kick by Bear.
Bear throws a sloppy head kick and Banner moves out of range easily.
Bear swinging wildly here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A good leg kick by Bear.
Nice jab there from Bear.
Bear dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Banner with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Banner drops Bear with a left and a right! Oh, Bear is hurt - Banner dives into side control looking to finish!


Bear is rocked!


It looks like Jer Bear has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Banner happy to just control the position for now.
Bear is still in real trouble! Can Banner finish him?
Banner moves into full mount!
Bear seems to have recovered his senses.
Bear keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Bear is still trying to improve position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Banner sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Banner's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Bear is wriggling around trying to escape.
Banner controlling his opponent.
Bear sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bear is looking for a sweep. Banner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Still in half guard, Banner seems content to control.
Bear regains full guard. Nicely done.
Bear wants to hit a switch here but Banner passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Bear there!

Banner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Bear really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Banner controlling from the full mount.
Bear is trying desperately to improve position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bruce Banner dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Jer Bear's cut.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!



Banner has managed to clinch.
Bear is trying to stall.
Banner is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bear can do to turn this around?
Banner lands a nice shot to the body.
Banner comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Banner is working Bear over against the cage.
Banner will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Bear up against the cage.
Banner lands with a right to the head.


That has opened up Jer Bear's cut even more.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bear has Banner pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Banner manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Bear is trying to break the clinch but Banner is controlling him.
Banner scores with a shoulder strike.
A nice right hand lands inside from Banner.
Banner lands an elbow just above Bear 's eye.
Bear wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Bear jumps guard but Banner stands there with Bear around his waist. Bear gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Banner lands an elbow inside.


The cut above Jer Bear's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jer Bear's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Bruce Banner!
