Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mr Charcoal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eliah Marshal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marshal is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Remember the name. This should be a great matchup!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mr Charcoal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eliah Marshal!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Charcoal ducks right into an uppercut from Marshal.
Marshal throws the left hand but Charcoal avoids the punch easily.
Charcoal swings widly with a right hand
and Marshal counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Charcoal throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Marshal on the side of the head.
Marshal slips a jab and a cross from Charcoal.
Charcoal sets himself, and Marshal steps forward looking for the clinch! Charcoal avoids it this time.
Marshal uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

We've been hearing reports that Charcoal has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Marshal throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Charcoal drives through and clinches with Marshal against the cage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Eliah Marshal showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Marshal fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Charcoal was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

That kick from Marshal tenderised Charcoal's leg. Charcoal is trying to keep his angry face on.
Charcoal looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

I've got Marshal winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
