Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Roger Pott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pott kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I Luv It. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Roger Pott!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Diego Silva!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Roger Pott has been cut.
Silva has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Pott.
Pott misses with a combination
and Silva connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Pott stalks Silva and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Silva's face. Silva staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Diego Silva has been cut.
Silva throws a hook to the side of Pott's head but Pott sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Pott misses with an uppercut
and Silva counters with a right hand to the body.
A right-left combo lands from Silva.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A good leg kick by Pott.
Silva lands a nice shot to the body.
Pott is breathing heavily.
Pott looks for the body kick but Silva saw that one coming.
Silva doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Silva fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Pott looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Silva ducks under a wild hook from Pott.
Silva throws a lazy right hand but Pott sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Pott wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
Silva takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Silva's coach down at Soul Supremacy - UK was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Silva's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Silva misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pott.
Silva swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Pott tries to counter by clinching up but Silva breaks away and moves out of range.
Silva blocks a head kick by Pott.
Silva waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Pott.
Pott tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Silva manages to circle out of the way.
Pott slips under a jab from Silva.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pott moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Pott changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Silva throws a shot from downtown. Pott moves away and avoids it.
Pott bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Pott throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Silva counters with a two punch combo.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Silva throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Silva feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Pott's calf.
Silva throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Pott seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Silva catches Pott napping and connects with a fantastic 3 punch combination that sends Pott crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but he's all over the place - can he beat the count?!? 4,5,6,7,8...9...10! He didn't make it back to his feet! Silva raises both arms skywards and takes in the roar from the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Diego Silva!
