Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Billy Helix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henry HuaHua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Henry HuaHua!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
HuaHua pushes Helix away with a front kick.
Helix has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from HuaHua.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from HuaHua.
HuaHua ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Helix moves away.
A nice inside leg kick there by HuaHua. That's going to slow Helix down.
Helix misses with a hook
and HuaHua counters with a thumping low kick.
Helix takes one to the side of the head.
HuaHua closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
HuaHua ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Helix throws a hook to the side of HuaHua's head but HuaHua sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Helix has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Helix throws a strike but HuaHua rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Helix lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Helix throws an elbow that misses. HuaHua uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Helix's guard. Nice move by HuaHua!

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Helix needs to keep his hands up - HuaHua had a free shot at his head there.

and HuaHua counters with a nice low kick that buckles Helix's knee momentarily.
HuaHua ducks under a wild hook from Helix.
Helix takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Helix moves away from the strike by HuaHua.
HuaHua has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
HuaHua fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
HuaHua moves out of range of the strikes.
Henry HuaHua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
HuaHua attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Helix looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
HuaHua tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Helix shoots in looking for a takedown. HuaHua tries to sprawl out of it but Helix keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. HuaHua manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
HuaHua dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Helix. That did some damage!

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Helix tests HuaHua's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Helix shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as HuaHua sprawls well. HuaHua wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Helix gets slowly back to his feet.

Helix throws a big elbow that misses.

Helix sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed HuaHua's guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

HuaHua throws a solid leg kick but Helix takes the impact on his shin and smiles at HuaHua.
Henry HuaHua seems to be getting the better of the standup.
HuaHua misses with a low kick.
HuaHua tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Helix is able to avoid easily.
Helix connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
HuaHua takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Helix will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy Helix. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and HuaHua counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
A swing and a miss from Helix.
Helix throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around HuaHua's waist but HuaHua gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Helix off to one side.

Helix closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. HuaHua did well to prevent Helix getting side control.

Helix is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Helix will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from HuaHua lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Helix has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Helix and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Helix throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

HuaHua throws a jab but it's blocked by Helix.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That kick from HuaHua tenderised Helix's leg. Helix is trying to keep his angry face on.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Henry HuaHua comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
