Rude comes to the cage accompanied by The RAVISHING 1 strutting down the isle as confetti falls. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanhoijdonk instigates a clinch.
Rude blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Vanhoijdonk wants to break free but Rude has control.
Vanhoijdonk lands a shot to the body.
Rude misses with a short punch on the inside.
Vanhoijdonk lands a knee to the body.
Rude scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Rude lands with a light punch inside.
Rude is looking to control Vanhoijdonk's arms but Vanhoijdonk gets an underhook and turns him. Now Rude has his back to the cage.
Vanhoijdonk working aggressively here.
Rude wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Vanhoijdonk breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Vanhoijdonk misses with an attempted mid kick.
Rude takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Vanhoijdonk throws a sloppy head kick
and Rude counters with a left to the body.
Vanhoijdonk has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Rude is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Nice straight punches there by Rude. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Rude.
Rude comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rude lands a jab to the head.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Vanhoijdonk.
Vanhoijdonk tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rude swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Rude looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rude circles away from the clinch attempt
and Rude counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Vanhoijdonk looks winded!
Vanhoijdonk misses with a leg kick
and Rude cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Vanhoijdonk misses with the body kick
and Rude counters with a left and a right... And another left! Vanhoijdonk is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rick Rude!
An intense looking Rick Rude took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'Was i or was i not.....RAVISHING? ??
I WANT THAT BELT!!!'.
