The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Phillips tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. For just stands there and leans against the cage.
Phillips tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. For smiles and moves away.

Phillips drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
For taking a bit of punishment here - Phillips scoring with strikes.

Phillips decides to stand back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Phillips gets a takedown into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Phillips content to control rather than advance.

Phillips has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Phillips breaks from For's wrist control and lands an elbow.
For really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Phillips. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Phillips controlling the position easily from mount.

For tries to buck Phillips off so he can stand up but Phillips has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! For falls backwards, slamming Phillips to the mat but Phillips holds on tight! For is forced to tap and this one is all over!
