The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rachi scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Rachi throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Wall tumbling to the canvas!

It looks like Donovan Wall has been cut.
Wall keeping moving, preventing Rachi from controlling successfully.
Wall trying to keep a closed guard but Rachi is proving a slippery customer.
Rachi trying to control the position from guard on top but Wall is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!
Wall is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Rachi trying to control but Wall is working from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
