Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Couture (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oliver Stoned (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Couture might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Mama said knock you out. Stoned comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dr. Dre - The Watcher kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Colin Fotheringham and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Couture misses with a hook
letting Stoned counter with a right hand.
Stoned scoring well with a low kick there.
Couture has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Stoned finds it's way round the side to connect with Couture's head.
Couture lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Oliver Stoned has been cut.
Stoned jabs Couture to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Couture gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Stoned.
Couture walks into a jab.
Couture throws a head kick that misses.
Couture throws out a loose jab but Stoned uses good head movement to avoid it.
Couture throws a head kick but Stoned moves out of range.
Stoned swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Couture rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stoned counters with a left to the body.
Couture loads up on a big right hand but Stoned slips the punch.
Stoned lands with a good body shot.
Brandon Couture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stoned keeps Couture at a distance using the push kick.
Nice uppercut there from Stoned.
Couture on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Stoned throws a nice inside leg kick.
Stoned misses with a wild body shot.
Stoned scores with a push kick.
Couture stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Stoned.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Couture rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Stoned counters with a three punch combo that has Couture backing up. Couture nods at Stoned to acknowledge the strikes.
Stoned ducks under a wild hook from Couture.
Stoned looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Stoned stalling.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Couture is staying active underneath Stoned, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
My spies in Nelson Fight Camp inform me that Stoned has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!
Stoned is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Couture is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
