Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jon Hess (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Santiago Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hess might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Demiurge. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da Silva falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hess counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Santiago Da Silva has been cut.
Hess tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Da Silva paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Jon Hess seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hess fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Da Silva.
A jab from Da Silva misses.
Hess scores with a shot to the body.
Da Silva blocks the body kick.
Da Silva feints the counter takedown.
Hess smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Hess swings for the body but Da Silva moves out of range.
