The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Semerad wants to clinch
and Sock makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Sock connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Sock circles away from the clinch attempt.
Semerad fails with the takedown
and Sock counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Semerad thinking.
We've been hearing reports that Semerad has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
