Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Chibi Tsushima!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Andrew Berry and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsushima ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Tsushima lands a head kick. Beckett smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Tsushima ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Beckett moves away.
Beckett scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Jim Beckett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tsushima misses with a combination
letting Beckett counter with a right hand.
Tsushima takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Chibi Tsushima has been cut.
Tsushima throws a jab when Beckett was well out of range.
Tsushima avoids the head kick by Beckett.
A little jabbing left from Tsushima on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Beckett avoids the body shot from Tsushima.
Tsushima's coach down at Tōshi was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Tsushima's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tsushima digs a good hook to Beckett's body.
Beckett goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Tsushima looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
The crowd cheers as Tsushima lands an impressive looking overhand right. Beckett doesn't seem phased though.

Beckett throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tsushima sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Beckett definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Beckett swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tsushima is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Ouch! a nice leg kick from Beckett, right into the meat.

Beckett is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Tsushima.
Beckett throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Beckett walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tsushima checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
The fighters circling - Beckett throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Tsushima doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Beckett cracks Tsushima with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Beckett misses with a looping right.
Tsushima scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Beckett feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tsushima's calf.
Tsushima uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Beckett.
Beckett looks to score with a jab to the body but Tsushima is just out of range.

Tsushima appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Beckett darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Tsushima changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Beckett looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Beckett can't do much from the bottom here.
Tsushima tries to advance to mount but can't.

Beckett is trying to work for a sweep but Tsushima has mounted him!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tsushima is working for a guillotine from mount but Beckett frees his head quite easily.

Tsushima lands a couple of good shots and Beckett has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Tsushima working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Beckett is doing well to defend. Tsushima seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Beckett is forced to tap and this one is over!
