Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Grekov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Punchy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Punchy is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Trent From Punchy. Trent Punchy is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grekov misses with a takedown attempt - Punchy sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Good standup being displayed there by Punchy as he connects with a hook.
Grekov takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
We've been told by Grekov's head coaches at Extreme MMA (7 Elites $250/week) that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Grekov tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Punchy defends well and Grekov ends up having to push Punchy into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Grekov throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Punchy was covering up waiting for the punch and Grekov finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Punchy is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Grekov's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Grekov's back!
