Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryker Quincy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quincy comes into the arena with the harley song blaring out of the sound system. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quincy misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Turner just misses with a punch to the body.
Quincy is trying hard to land a takedown here. Turner sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Quincy scores with a hook to the body. Turner takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

and Turner counters with a left and a right that hurts Quincy! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Turner jumps into full mount!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryker Quincy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Quincy can't escape the position.
Quincy bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Turner seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Quincy is looking to work some ground and pound but Turner has wrist control.
Quincy tries to free his leg and advance position but Turner is retaining full guard.
Turner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Quincy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Turner has his hands on Quincy's head, controlling the position.
Quincy wants to pass the guard but Turner is keeping the position.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Quincy postures up and lands a big shot to Turner's brow.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Turner's coach down at Team Finland was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Turner's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Quincy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Turner connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Quincy shoots in but no luck this time.
Turner swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
