The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.

It looks like Joey Williams has been cut.
Washington drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Williams gets the underhooks and prevents it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Washington has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head and Williams goes down! Washington dives on top of him - Williams manages to get guard.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Williams for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.

Washington has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Williams is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
George Washington seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

George Washington comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Washington has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
