Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Dillinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niilo Hamalainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hamalainen has chosen Face the Pain as his entrance music. John Dillinger has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamalainen takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Dillinger lands a nice shot to the body.
Dillinger's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hamalainen under the eye.

Hamalainen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Dillinger has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hamalainen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Dillinger pulls Hamalainen in to control the position.

Dillinger is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hamalainen is aware though and is defending well.
Hamalainen trying to control but Dillinger is working from the bottom.
Dillinger has control of Hamalainen's left arm, preventing Hamalainen from doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Dillinger is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Hamalainen wants to control from the top but Dillinger keeps moving.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Dillinger lands a big head kick that sends Hamalainen tumbling to the mat! Dillinger takes a step backwards and waves Hamalainen back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Hamalainen shoots in for a takedown but Dillinger shows good takedown defense.
An attempted straight right counter from Dillinger misses the target.

Dillinger cracks Hamalainen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Hamalainen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dillinger finish him?

Hamalainen is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Dillinger throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Hamalainen is still on wobbly legs! Can Dillinger finish him?
Dillinger flashes Hamalainen a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Hamalainen's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Hamalainen crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Dillinger punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
