Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Orpheus Boagrius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tony O Rangers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boagrius comes to the cage accompanied by Akkadian Empire . Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Rangers misses the shot to the body.
Decent striking displayed by Boagrius there.
Boagrius throws a body shot but no joy.
A jab from Boagrius finds it's way through O Rangers's defenses.
O Rangers takes a jab right on the kisser.
Boagrius misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from O Rangers.
O Rangers changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
O Rangers scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Boagrius uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from O Rangers.

and Boagrius connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
O Rangers scores with the left hand. Boagrius knows he should have avoided that one.
O Rangers lands a nice looking body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice uppercut lands for O Rangers. That snapped Boagrius's head back.

O Rangers changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Boagrius tries to avoid it but O Rangers manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Boagrius to the ground. Boagrius escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Boagrius avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
O Rangers throws out a loose jab but Boagrius uses good head movement to avoid it.
Boagrius pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Boagrius uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from O Rangers.
Tony O Rangers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice jab there from O Rangers.
Boagrius drops his hands momentarily and O Rangers takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
O Rangers lands with a nice body punch.

O Rangers closes the distance and clinches up with Boagrius, looking for a takedown. O Rangers pushes Boagrius against the cage but Boagrius circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

O Rangers tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Orpheus Boagrius is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Boagrius connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between O Rangers's hands.

O Rangers swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Boagrius.
O Rangers displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Boagrius throws out the jab.
Boagrius throws the left hand but O Rangers avoids the punch easily.

O Rangers looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

O Rangers is trying to work for a kimura but Boagrius is defending well.

O Rangers has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Boagrius defend it? O Rangers steps over the head and cranks it - Boagrius is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for O Rangers!
