The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Brian throws a body punch but Harris moves out of range.
Harris moves into range and connects with a jab.
O Brian thows a left - swing and a miss!
O Brian throws a big shot that misses.
Harris fails with a takedown attempt.
O Brian throws a lazy right hand but Harris sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Harris fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
O Brian misses with a straight right.
O Brian bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
O Brian swings around for an armbar but Harris sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into O Brian's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

O Brian looking to hit a scissor sweep but Harris is one step ahead there.

Harris wants to control from the top but O Brian keeps moving.
Harris has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
O Brian is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

O Brian throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Harris is working to get back to half guard.
O Brian tries to control but Harris wriggling away.

O Brian is looking to advance position but Harris won't allow it.

O Brian throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Harris to regain full guard.
Harris wants to sweep here but O Brian controlling him for the moment.
O Brian trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Harris manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!
O Brian isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Harris stacks O Brian on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Harris!
Harris wants to lay and pray for a moment but O Brian keeps working.

Harris throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
O Brian tries to buck Harris off but Harris is having none of it.
O Brian takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
O Brian is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Harris wants to stand but O Brian is controlling his arm.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Harris is looking to take a break and control but O Brian is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

O Brian circles away from the clinch attempt.
O Brian steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Harris.
O Brian ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Harris is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Harris tries to clinch but fails miserably
and O Brian counters with a single leg into guard. Harris didn't expect that.

O Brian throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Harris tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. O Brian is in Harris's guard.

Nikolai O Brian showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
